This policy describes how ATR Tech COMEX handles information needed to create, authenticate, operate and protect accounts, as well as to measure platform operation.

2. Data handled

During registration, users may provide name, company, business e-mail, professional function, a password through the authentication service, acceptance of the terms and an optional choice to receive content. During authenticated use, the platform also records operational events necessary for security and product improvement.

3. Operational telemetry

On monitored surfaces, first-party telemetry may record the accessed route, device type or viewport range, access role and technical performance metrics. Specific performance measurements may include number and size of loaded resources, LCP, long tasks and technical information made available by the browser. These records are used to diagnose platform operation, performance and usage.

4. Purposes

Data are used for authentication, access control, security, support, auditing, abuse prevention, operation of requested features and experience improvement. Consent to receive news and content is optional and separate from account creation.

5. Required services

ATR Tech COMEX relies on technical providers for authentication, database, hosting, delivery and observability. Processing by these services occurs to the extent necessary to provide and protect the platform.

6. Security and retention

Authenticated access is individual. The platform applies session controls, roles and audit records. Record retention depends on operational and security purposes and applicable obligations; this policy does not promise one single retention period for every type of data.

7. Data requests and account deletion

Requests for access, correction or other questions related to personal data may be submitted through ATR Tech's WhatsApp support channel: +55 11 99225-2580. The requester's identity may need to be confirmed before an account-related change.

An account deletion request can be started through the public Request account deletion page. The request covers the account and associated data that can be deleted; records that must be retained due to applicable obligations may be preserved for the period necessary for that purpose.

This policy may be updated when the product, data flows or applicable requirements change. The revision date identifies the published version.
